Glazed Tiles

Fresh out of the kiln! So, some interesting things occured here. See the photo below. Apparently this happened because there was some dust on the fired clay before I applied the glaze. This meant that when the heat was applied in the second firing, the glaze moved away from the dust, into puddles. It’s formed an interesting blurred pattern .The photo below that shows one that worked perfectly I am very happy with. I really enjoyed  experimenting with the glazing and I am hoping to glaze some of my tree face pieces soon.
